Rohit has been proactively involved in all the assigned projects and he has always been available to help his team members. We conducted a small interview to know more about Rohit. Here is what Rohit had to say after becoming the BCAPS Star. 

How did you get your start in engineering?

From childhood, I was really interested in computers. I am eager to know how this system works. I have already deiced to become a software engineer at that time. After 10th I join some programming classes and took admission for a diploma after that engineering and journey begins in this field

How did you start your journey at Neebal?

Every year Neebal comes to our college for campus hiring from there my journey starts.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

So whenever I am under stress I will put on headphones close my eyes  and start listening to old songs like classical or gazals. 

What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?

Never stop learning, explore new things, and ask questions, it is the most important characteristic that every engineer should have. When you start questioning at that point you start thinking out of the box. 

What has your experience at Neebal been like so far?

My experience at Neebal is very good, as a fresher in Neebal. I got opportunity to learn new technologies. I explore new technologies that help me groom my personal as well as professional life

What’s the best book you’ve read this year?

This year I started reading the book named Radheye (Marathi), this book is based on the mythological character Karna from Mahabharata. 

Your all time favourite series/movie? 

I don’t have any movie that I can say this is my favourite one, but last week I saw the movie Schindler List which based on the Jewish holocaust  done by  Nazi Germany during world war 2, that I can say a great movie. 

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

“Making Possibilities Real” is our tagline. My responsibility is to make this tagline true from my work. Solve client problems and provide them good service

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team? 

If you want success then you need a team, without team , you can not achieve success. A single person can not handle all responsibilities. In a team, each member has their own responsibilities that make anything successful. As a team we should know the strength and weakness of every team member then we can assign a role to every member according to their strength 

What do you like most about working at Neebal?

The most important thing that inspires me about Neebal is the Culture that Neebal has. At Neebal I don’t feel like I am working in a corporate office. The environment is very friendly that boost our work productivity.
