Neebal’s July 2022 BCAPS Star, Rushikesh Panderkar has always projected a great work ethic and is always keen to help his team members. Here is more about his qualities on the BCAPS parameters:

  • Being Curious:

Rushikesh was working on a CCP revamp project. But due to an urgent requirement, he got aligned with the Adapter project which involved certain complex bottlenecks. Without any hand-holding, Rushikesh self-learned the code necessary for binding parameters, watched related videos, and acquired proper knowledge to commence the project. Rushikesh’s sheer dedication helped the team deliver QA builds on time.

  • Customer Centricity:

Rushikesh was aligned with multiple projects simultaneously i.e. CCP, adapter, and receipt to meet the customer deadline. Without any objection, Rushikesh hustled, even on weekends, to submit all newly assigned projects before the deadline.

  • Accountability:

Our technical lead was on leave, so Rushikesh took it upon himself to handle the development and coordination task. Not only did he comprehend his task, but also reviewed the task of other team members. Additionally, the team faced a certain blocker issue, which was resolved easily by Rushikesh’s solution. With less than a year of work experience, Rushikesh is acing his work as the Tech lead.

  • Perseverance:

There was an urgent deliverable requirement, which Rushikesh ensured was submitted on time, even though it required him to work on the weekends. He also fixed all the bugs of other team members while working tirelessly till the client got a bug-free build.

Rushikesh worked relentlessly and ensured his availability for development, dev testing, and deployment.

  • Stewardship:

With just 11 months of experience, Rushikesh is successfully mentoring NodeJS to freshers. Despite feeling pressurized due to the urgent delivery requirements, Rushikesh never shied away from his responsibility of guiding the freshers.
