How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I joined Neebal as a Business analyst.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

Handling the technical team and delivering all the sprint tasks on time.

What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?

Continuous learning and pushing my limits, getting out of my comfort zone daily and striving to perform better.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

My mother has been my mentor throughout. I admire her courage to join college and complete her education at this age.

What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this great milestone?

Teamwork.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

I either shut down for a while and have a cup of coffee, play with my cats, or go for a walk.

What is the biggest challenge facing <engineers/sales personnel/programmers> today?

Programmers.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

Take criticism as positive feedback and try to learn something out of it instead of just feeling low.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Taking a 10 mins nap post lunch.

What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?

To be a good listener and try to understand the problem and come up with the perfect solution.

Landed a great opportunity to take the lead and worked out of my comfort zone which helped in improving my skill sets.

Pasoori, Jagjit Singh ghazals, A.R Rahman songs.

BLUE by Danielle Steel.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

As I take on more responsibilities it would help Neebal to find a smooth project flow while handling the client.

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?

It has been great, helps a lot since the team is very interactive, and we discuss all the conflicts and issues while landing an apt solution.

What do you like most about working at Neebal?

The team members are very proactive and responsive which leads to a positive work environment.
