How did you get your start in <engineering/sales/programming/your field>
My zeal for communicating with new peers and my people management attitude made me steer my career toward HR. I believe it is one of the most underrated jobs with multiple stereotypes surrounding it. But in reality, there is a huge amount of hard and smart work, convincing, and coordinating skills required to drive the job of HRs in recruitment. I am very passionate about my work and give my best every day.
What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?
Neebal Technologies has given me a platform to groom and grow in various domains of HR Recruitment. This has certainly increased my expertise and knowledge, making me believe joining Neebal was one of my key accomplishments.
What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?
I have always wanted to be successful and respectful, and my family’s belief and immense pride in me give me the motivation to strive hard and achieve more in life.
Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?
The one mentor I have had my entire life and who will remain the same for eternity is my Mother. She has faced many hardships and struggles, but she managed to emerge from the worst situation with flying colors. Being a teacher and handling the family was a big deal for her coming from my father’s traditional family values, but still against all odds, she worked, did the household chores, raised two children, and is still managing everything. She is one of the greatest motivators in my life.
What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this great milestone?
The achievement of this great milestone is my dedication to any work given to me and my team. Moreover, my manager, Lovina’s trust & confidence in me drives me to give my best.
How do you deal with stress in life and at work?
I have a mantra in life that never let stress take a toll on you in your personal or work life. If a stressful situation does occur, I try to be calm & composed and find a way to come out of the same.
What is the biggest challenge facing <engineers/sales personnel/programmers> today?
The market is growing, technology is advancing and we all need to pace up with the latest developments happening in the world.
What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?
Trust yourself, have confidence in yourself, work hard towards achieving your goals, and more importantly be dedicated to whichever task has been assigned to you.
What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?
Dedication.
What are the Pros of working at Neebal and how has your journey been so far?
My journey with Neebal has been exceptionally great. The organization has helped me grow and explore various domains of recruitment. The biggest pro of working with Neebal is its culture, the team members who are ready to help each other in any situation, and the entire organization shows trust in you and your work.

What are your current goals?
I aspire to become an HR-Recruitment Lead.
How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?
At Neebal we believe in making possibilities real, and thus I am striving hard to work towards this goal by ensuring the work given to me is executed with sheer determination, contributing to the company’s success.
What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?
I have a very strong relationship with all my team members. They have supported & helped me in every possible way. A special shoutout to my Manager- Mrs, Lovina Cabrol. She is a very calm and composed manager and more importantly, her trust and confidence in me have given me the strength to give my best in everything I do. She has always supported, guided, and mentored me in every situation and I owe her a big thank you.
