Ramakshi has always projected a great work ethic and is always keen to help team members. Here is more about her qualities on the BCAPS parameters:
Being Curious:
Always up and excited to learn about a new domain. While being onboarded for the DataFlow project, took the efforts to deep dive into the requirement. Explored multiple portals part of the current system and didn’t shy away from asking the silliest question to the client. Prepared an exhaustive query tracker with the help of the team and ensured that each question was addressed with utmost clarity. Aimed to achieve a requirement document with no loopholes.
Customer Centricity:
One of the DataFlow requirements drew the expected flow from another portal under the DataFlow Group umbrella. On exploring the other portal, found that certain validations were missing and could raise compliance concerns keeping in mind the client’s business structure. To overcome the drawbacks observed in the other portal, highlighted the findings and provided suggestions for the expected flow in the portal which was part of the scope. This in turn helped the client to lay down full-proof business validations.
Accountability:
Ownership of an event is taken up sincerely and very seriously. In a constant attempt to avoid any misses by proactively updating the stakeholders involved and chasing in a timely fashion to close an open loop. Ensured to deliver business artifacts for DataFlow before the timeline promised.
Perseverance:
With the change in client SPOC for leading pharmaceutical company, misunderstandings evolved and led the new SPOC to be tough in terms of cooperation. Despite the circumstances, patiently responded to each query raised by the client. Also, went the extra mile by arranging a session to onboard the client with Neebal’s SOPs and agile way of driving deliveries. Addressed every query related to application understanding until a point where the client SPOC was comfortable and trusted Neebal better.
Stewardship:
Initiated documenting BA induction topics as PPTs. Attempted to streamline the BA induction process by identifying topics without a reference and devised a plan to target an exhaustive BA induction repository which could help conduct the induction with the help of a fellow teammate even in the absence of the assigned presenter.
